About Us

Dogpatch Labs’ mission is to accelerate the development of Ireland's entrepreneurial ecosystem, by providing a platform for entrepreneurship and innovation. Located in the historic CHQ building in the heart of the Dublin Docklands, it is home to over 250 startups and over 500 members from 30 countries. Dogpatch Labs runs the NDRC, Ireland's national startup accelerator programme, in partnership with regional hubs Portershed, Republic of Work, and RDI Hub. In April it broadcast the virtual NDRC Accelerator Demo Day to over 500 live attendees and has welcomed over 1,000 virtual attendees to its interactive NDRC Masterclass sessions live from its broadcast studio.

Dogpatch Labs manages First Fridays for Startups, Ireland’s largest monthly ecosystem event which rotates throughout the Irish Tech Hub Network, which has to date welcomed 1000+ employee mentors, 8000+ attendees, and facilitated 5000+ mentor sessions. The company is a proud member of Google for Startups, a global community of startup hubs. As winner of Google’s Global Citizenship Award in 2017, it was recognised as one of the leading hubs in this global network. Listed as one of Crunchbase’s “top 15 global startup incubators”, Dogpatch Labs events, membership and programmes have supported over 250+ startups & alumni over the last decade, who have raised a combined €490M+ and created over 2,000 jobs. These include Intercom, an Irish ‘unicorn’ valued at over €1 billion which has established over 280 high-value jobs in Ireland.

Dogpatch Labs delivers corporate innovation programmes to a range of industry partners including Ulster Bank, Google, ESB, Pivotal, Unilever and Alltech. One of its notable programmes is Alltech’s Pearse Lyons Accelerator, considered one of the top agtech programmes globally with startups applying from 52 countries. The startup hub has welcomed hundreds of VIP guests through its doors for entrepreneurial state visits, including the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge, the King and Queen of the Netherlands, the Belgian Deputy Prime minister, and most recently welcomed the President and First Lady of Germany.

The Programme Associate is a key part of the Dogpatch Labs team who works closely with the Senior Programme Manager and the Innovation Director to help deliver innovation programmes (incubators, accelerators and hackathons) to large corporates and connect them with the wider Dogpatch ecosystem.

We’re looking for someone who is bright and capable with great people and organisational skills. It’s a busy and challenging position, with tasks and responsibilities growing and changing as the company grows.


  • Assistance with Programme Management
  • Work closely with Innovation Director, Senior Programme Manager on all Innovation Programmes including incubators, accelerators and hackathons.
  • Directly support the Senior Programme Manager on all programme deliverables including:
    • Creating meaningful client presentations, preparing schedules and agendas, managing ad-hoc projects
    • Create templates and playbooks to streamline actions and decision making
    • Assist the incubator and accelerator startup teams with their deliverables
    • Liaise with Content Team to create promotional videos and presentations for our corporate partners
  • Build relationships with our Corporate Partners’ Innovation Teams.
  • Collaborate with the Events Team in executing events to a global standard e.g. itineraries, decks, surveys, coordinating with event organisers and staff on event

Who You Are

  • You have at least two years of experience in a similar role, have run your own startup or worked for a tech company.
  • You have a strong working knowledge of the tech/startup world, and you’re the kind of person who would happily spend a weekend at a hackathon, read a startup book or be naturally drawn to learning about the latest developments in innovation and technology.

The role is full-time, based at our offices in the CHQ Building, Custom House Quay, Dublin 1.
