About the Role
A fantastic opportunity to gain valuable career experience with an innovative and forward thinking company! Reporting to the Events Manager, the Event & AV (Audio & Video) Associate successfully drives events in all assets to create unique experiences. You have the ability to manage and maintain the highest standards of excellent service with events, from the planning to the execution, both in-person and online, by taking active participation and providing AV support when needed. The role involves a high-level of coordination and collaboration with the Event Executive & AV Specialist as well as the Community Associates.
The ideal candidate will have proven excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. You already have some experience in events and are looking to apply your skills in a fast-paced and innovative startup environment.

Working Hours
The successful candidate will be required to work on-site full-time. Normal working hours are 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, however in the lead up to an event the role will include some daytime, evening and, very occasionally, weekend work.
